In 2019, Adrian and his wife, Stacy, purchased a food truck while working for a family-owned business with hopes of leasing the truck to caterers for their catering business.  The following year in 2020, the pandemic of COVID-19 became surreal to all industries, especially the food industry.  One thing was for certain, food is always essential.

The couple decided to take a leap and joined the food truck family to serve authentic Jamaican food.  Traveling in and around the Tampa Bay area including Sarasota Jamaican On The Go began to create a presence with the uncompromising taste of authenticity in everything cooked and served.  We pride ourselves on continuously providing excellent quality with genuine flavors of Kingston, Jamaica.
